  • More than ever, our minds are on overdrive and the body's ability to maintain equilibrium and a grounded sense of self is disrupted.

    That’s where The Hypnosacral Method comes in: to connect the subconscious to the somatic. Based on your needs and intentions for what you want to achieve, each session is created for you. Every person is unique and every day you feel different, so no two sessions are ever the same. I offer sessions that draw from both clinical hypnotherapy and craniosacral therapy. Depending on your needs and what arises on the day of your session, I may use one approach or blend elements of both.

    A session typically begins with centering and deep relaxation techniques. Then I connect to the body with very gentle touch, listening to and monitoring the rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid which flows around your central nervous system. I assess the body to find areas of restrictions and weakness back to the original source of the dysfunction. I continue putting the client under a deeper hypnotic trance, using my words, to undergo the therapy work under hypnosis. While doing the therapy work, I am watching the body and the person’s reactions, to help facilitate the release of holding patterns and traumas, while contextualizing learnings from therapy work and reintegrating the person back into their sense of self and their body using both hypnotherapy and craniosacral therapy in conjunction.

  • Unlike regular talk therapy, which often works through protective parts via conscious dialogue, clinical hypnotherapy helps clients access their subconscious directly—stripping away barriers to reach the root of their healing faster and more effectively.

    Clinical Hypnotherapy uses a relaxed, focused state called a ‘hypnotic trance’ blended with psychotherapy techniques to rewire the brain, gently processing trauma and reshaping how memories are stored. This reduces emotional and physical reactions without re-traumatizing. It’s an approach that guides deep, lasting transformation

    Techniques used: Gestalt, IFS Parts Therapy, CBT, Inner Child work, exposure therapy, regressions, solution-focused, narrative therapy, relaxation & mindfulness, amongst others.

  • A gentle, hands-on approach that works with your body’s natural rhythms to release deep restrictions and holding patterns—often where other more forceful methods can’t.

    By restoring balance to the craniosacral system (the brain, spinal cord, and protective membranes and fluid), it helps your nervous system reset, supports self-healing, and addresses the root cause of pain and dysfunction.

    Helps with: Anxiety, depression, insomnia, concussions, inflammation, digestive issues, and acute/chronic pain.

  • Moving between cultures can be as beautiful as it is disorienting. It can stir up grief for what was left behind, questions around identity, and the constant push to redefine what “home” means.

    The sessions and/or workshops create space to process the complex layers of migration — the loss, the longing, and the resilience it takes to rebuild. Using hypnotherapy, we gently access the subconscious to untangle what’s been carried, remove limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, strengthen inner resources, find clarity in life transitions, and support decision-making. You are reconnecting with a sense of belonging, no matter where you are.

    Sessions and workshops can be conducted in English and/or Spanish. I also speak French and Farsi, but only conduct my services in English & Spanish.

    TIR works by engaging in a gentle dialogue with the body—listening to its cues, uncovering what’s been held, and allowing those patterns to finally release. The process supports integration at every step, so change feels safe, sustainable, and truly embodied.

  • Payment is collected at booking via PayPal. Canadian clients may also choose to pay by e-transfer. Choose whichever payment method is most convenient for you.

  • Prices remain the same no matter what therapy service. Depending on your needs, we can choose a blend of different techniques or stick to one. I charge per session, not per service.
